Production Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a production manager He can communicate with all other managers to formulate all goals, understand the requirements, estimate the operational cost and budgets required for implementation and also organize the workflow to meet the needs and deadlines for the entire team

Responsibilities & required

• Communicate with all other managers to formulate goals and understand requirements
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Control production and solve the problem during the day
• Overseeing and evaluating the performance of production staff (quality inspectors, workers, etc.).
• Determine the number of resources needed (manpower, raw materials, etc.)
• Approving maintenance work, purchasing equipment, etc.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards
• Imposing health and safety precautions and Senior management report

Skills & qualifications

• Proven experience as a production manager
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understand quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of evaluating all concepts of performance and budget
• Experience in preparing reports on key production metrics
• MSc in MS Office and ERP programs
• The ability to communicate with excellence
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Pay attention to all details in the project
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-based approach that produces results
