Job Summary

We are looking for an active producer that masters communication skills with others. and possesses excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to work comfortably under stress in a fast-paced environment. To ensure rapid success, he must demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and discretion, with a keen interest in shaping the image and values of the organization through appropriate communication with the outside world with great skills in time management and planning.

Responsibilities & required

• Identify journalistic opportunities through evolving issues.
• Develop content for dissemination through press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
• Make sure key messages are consistent with dynamic business strategies.
• Work as the organization’s media liaison officer and spokesperson.
• Scan the media to keep up with the latest media trends.
• Monitor online campaigns and report on results.
• Negotiate with media channels to close competitive transactions.
• Build and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence
• Encourage additional projects to support the launch of new products.
• Building long-term relationships with media influencers.
• Manage the organization’s media budget appropriately.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication/media or related (basic).
• 3 years of experience working as a media manager or similar.
• Clear experience in building effective media campaigns.
• The capacity to make substance reasonable for distribution through press discharges, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
• The ability to hold press conferences and briefings.
• The ability to foster long-term relationships with key media influencers.
• An expository scholar with strong conceptual and inquire about skills.
• A natural leader presents a strong decision-making process and attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Excellent skills in dealing with people, communicating, and speaking to the public.
