We are looking for an active official in a vital office. To perform administrative jobs while ensuring that the rest of the staff have sufficient support to work efficiently. The duties of the office manager will include bookkeeping and guidance for office assistants. The ideal candidate will be eligible to prioritize and work with little supervision with a lot of self-motivated and trustworthy motivation to ensure that a series of company offices are managed and contribute to sustainable growth.
Responsibilities & required
Comply with company policies to monitor administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for senior management
Manage calls and phone messages (email, messages, packages, etc.)
Budget support and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with employee data, financial data, and other data
Track inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Timely preparation of reports and preparation of proposals/proposals
Help your colleagues when necessary.
Skills & qualifications
Proven experience as office manager, office assistant or related role
Outstanding and personal communication capabilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
