Account Manage

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic account manager to form long-term and reliable relationships with a group of existing clients and create modern and competitive ideas for them and actively search for new deals to open them. Account management duties also include building strong customer contacts communicating with trade officials and key partners and planning transaction reports. Moreover, the account manager answers clients’ questions and identifies recent business opportunities among existing clients in this part to make great strides in facing the entire customer. This position may require periodic travel.

Responsibilities & required

  • Account Manager is a key point of contact for all matters of managing social media accounts for clients
  • Building a strong and long-term relationship with clients and maintaining continuous communication
  • Follow developments in the client’s field and competitors with maximum profits
  • Ensure the delivery of ideas and arrangements that correspond to the needs and objectives of the client
  • Create a new business with existing clients by creating new opportunities with new clients
  • Estimate and track key account metrics on different platforms to provide the best results
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Cooperating with the team in developing accounts within a studied plan
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure that they are delivered as quickly as possible or issue a job escalation as needed
